Professional Tenants

You will need to:

• Read the terms and conditions.
• Complete and return an application form.
• Pay a full deposit of one months rent .
• Submit references or complete credit agency referencing form.
• Pay our agency fee. (33% of a months rent + vat)
• Pay the first months rent in advance .
• Sign the tenancy agreements.(View a sample agreement here)
• Complete and return the standing order form.

Only once all of the above are completed by all tenants will the keys be released to you.
