Student Tenants

You will need to:

• Read the terms and conditions
• Complete and return an application form
• Provide a completed guarantor form
• Pay a full deposit of one months rent
• Submit references or complete credit agency referencing form
• Pay our agency fee (33% of a months rent + vat)
• Pay the first months rent in advance
• Sign the tenancy agreement (before you go home for the summer) View a sample agreement here
• Complete and return the standing order form

If you have completed all of the above make sure all the other members in your group have done the same, only then will the keys be released.
